Traditional baklava, made entirely without sugar — sweetened with erythritol and maltitol instead, so the pastry and the nuts carry the flavour rather than syrup. Pistachio, walnut and cashew, layered in fine wheat pastry and baked in Amman.
A genuine sugar-free baklava is rare. Zalatimo has been making sweets since 1860, and this is their answer for anyone who has had to say no to the tray. 500g.
