Shipping

We ship throughout the Netherlands with PostNL. Orders are dispatched within one working day, and delivery takes 3–5 working days.

Shipping is €6.95. Orders over €55 ship free.

Everything is sent from our own stock in Heerhugowaard. Nothing ships to you from Jordan — we import in bulk, so your order leaves a Dutch warehouse and arrives as quickly as anything else you order domestically.

Returns

We sell fresh food, so it can't be returned once sent. Under EU and Dutch law, the usual 14-day right to change your mind doesn't apply to goods that spoil, or to sealed food once opened.

If something arrives damaged, wrong, or missing, that's different — we'll fix it. Email us within 48 hours with your order number and a photo, and you choose a replacement or a refund. You don't need to send anything back.

Changed your mind before it ships? Email us and we'll cancel and refund in full.

Allergens

Every product page lists the allergens in that product.

Across our whole range you'll find wheat, sesame, pistachio, walnut, cashew and almond, and everything is made in a facility that handles nuts.

If you have a severe allergy, check the allergen list on the product page, or email us — we're happy to go through the ingredients with you.
