Mamoul — the soft semolina cookie pressed in a wooden mould, filled with dates, pistachio and walnut. This assortment carries no added sugar at all; what sweetness there is comes from the dates themselves.
Mamoul is the cookie of Eid and Easter across the Levant, and Zalatimo has been baking it in Amman since 1860. 450g.
